Service Description

Please book a Consult first, to discuss your issue and we will call you to devise a client centered, plan of action, together! If you are in the UK this will take place via phone, if you are outside of the UK, via Zoom. With several 'tools' in our toolbox (see below) you can rest assured that you will emerge feeling seen, heard and expertly cared for. Whether you are experiencing physical, emotional, mental or Spiritual pain or trauma, relationship issues, or you want to improve a specific, performance related issue to do with work, rest or play, we've got you! Please note, we are both TRAUMA & NPD informed, meaning that you are in safe hands. SaraLou Holistics utilises a combination of Somatic, Regressional & Parts work(IFS) Hypnotherapy, Energy Work & Shamanic Practices, that accesses your problems from the ROOT cause, however deep that may be!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and a full refund or reschedule, can be requested up to 48 hours in advance of your session. Cancellations made after 48 hour cut off point, will incur a charge of £25. Cancellations on the day, are non refundable, except in the event of extreme circumstances, at the proprietors discretion. (Proof required)
