Discerning the light at the end of the tunnel.

The light at the end of the tunnel can be seen as a symbol of hope, perseverance, and the possibility of a brighter future. It can be a reminder that no matter how dark the circumstances may seem, there is always a way out of the dark and a chance for something better. With determination and resilience, anything is possible! However, even navigating to this stage, really requires keen discernment.

Discernment is a valuable skill that can help us make better decisions in every area of life, whether that be in personal choices, or in friendships, partnerships, family relationships or business. Discernment gives us confidence in our ability to make smart decisions and helps to protect ourselves from the disappointment of ill-informed choices, or the hidden agendas or poor decisions of others. It is the ability to make sound judgements based on careful thought and observation and having the wisdom to take your time, to observe situations from all angles.

The gift of foresight, isn't a skill that comes easy for everyone. It's a gift that needs to be cultivated, often over lifetimes, life lessons and lived experience, (which is why so many of us by the way, are so often drawn to mediums, card readers and fortune tellers or media, institutions or Government Officials to tell us what is, instead!). Cultivating your own skills and a keen discernment is paramount. All the answers you seek, are already within you, and discernment and self leadership demands that you deeply listen to and act on, your own Inner voice, above the noise and suggestion and even the predictions of others!

Listening to your inner voice however, can be very difficult, especially for those that have been raised in dysfunctional and toxic families. These people have often completely detached from or overridden this wiser, inner navigation system, due to a deep fear of displeasing or enraging, tyrannical, abusive and emotionally dysfunctional parents/ caregivers, or authority figures. Basically handing over their inner authority, inner voice and self leadership and empowerment to appease and remain connected, despite often atrocious circumstances. This is often their only means of gaining some sense of safety, amongst the constant chaos of a dysfunctional environment. Survival after all, is a primal, deeply wired, response.

As a Trauma and Dysfunctional Family informed Hypnotherapist and a survivor turned thriver of my own, toxic upbringing, my deepest desire for you is to confidently re-connect to your own Inner SouINavigation system, empowering you to lead your life from a place of alignment, inner authority, confidence, discernment and knowing, whether that be via personal one to one private sessions, group sessions, or online self hypnosis and meditation courses. There is an offering here to suit all budgets.

As always, Nvwadohiyada 🕊,
